Job description
- Lead the technical department for aluminium systems, including façades, curtain walls, windows, and doors.
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of aluminium systems projects.
- Review architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Oversee system design, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material optimization.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, project and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering, production, and installation teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality requirement, safety, industry standards and project specification.
- Lead technical problem-solving and implement innovation engineering solutions.
- Support project planning, cost optimization, and value engineering initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the aluminium systems industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, ,façade systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and architectural glazing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
