Façade Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of façade system concept drawings, Technical submittals, Compliance statement, Shop drawing reviews, Material Take Off, Cutting list preparation, Technical coordination with third party for Structural , thermal and Seismic assessments as needed, effective co-ordination with approved vendors .
• To propose Value engineering analysis to identify the opportunities for cost reduction, material efficiency, and performance enhancement while maintaining quality and functionality, facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders on value engineering initiatives. Generate 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate facade designs effectively.
• Providing technical assistance , expertise, and guidance to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design consultation to post-installation maintenance.
• To involve in testing prototypes of newly developed aluminium systems to evaluate performance, functionality, and manufacturability. Iterating designs based on feedback and test results to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Maintaining proper documentation for the all the activities including reports for accountability and presentations to communicate proposals, recommendations and continuous improvements to management.
• Staying updated about emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in aluminium facade design and construction to maintain a competitive edge and delivering high-quality products or services to Customers

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering/ Equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Facade Designer in Doors, Windows and Curtain Wall industry, must be proficient with the relevant design software programs including ORGADTA, AutoCAD, Revit or similar.
